Farid Al-Sagar is a Managing Director in NasRock Capital’s Private Equity Group. He is the Co-Head of NasRock Capital Sponsor Solutions business. In this role, he is responsible for investment origination, analysis, and execution across a variety of sectors globally.  

Prior to joining NasRock Capital in 2023, Mr. Al-Sagar was a senior principal at DWS Private Equity, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of transactions in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to DWS, Mr. Al-Sagar was a senior associate at Grosvenor Capital Management, where his responsibilities included direct, co-investments and secondaries transactions across private equity and energy/infrastructure asset classes. Prior to joining GCM, he was an investment analyst within Credit Suisse’s private equity group.

Mr. Al-Sagar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster.
